I have an electricity connection in nakur, saharanpur, uttar pradesh (Account number[protected], account holder name vikas gupta) due to some technical reason my meter is not working thats why the bill was given by assumption only (Not by actual reading) and local staff of electricity board is not coporating with us. So please change my meter with new one. Please consider my matter positively.

My meter reading was taken wrong (KVAH reading taken instead of KWH)
I have repeated complaint on 1912 and written complaint on KAMTA, Lucknow power house. They have visited 4-5 times but not interested in correction.

Please advice concern to address the complaint.
