[Resolved] Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Regarding not adjusted bill amont which is paid double online and cash mode
We have have account [protected] named amlesh devi address- Bukhara bijnor. Our complaint is that we have paid bill no.[protected] through online mode on 8/6/2021. And next day my sister also went to near by counter no. BD002(bill collection centre) she has given amount rs. 1328 to pay but at counter person has received money and given reciept of previous day bill paid through online. We waited for adjusting the bill amount but not yet adjusted. When she went there to ask about the same. He did misbehave with that girl. Kindly look into matter and do needful for us.
