As per attached documents i have applied for a new tubewell connection named rajkumar singh in after submission of required documents along with the payment for the estimated full cost calculated and approved by concern JE. All the delivered material for the subject work is in consumer custody however consumer is asking for installation from Electricity Dept. but unfortunately dept. is not co operating as per required responsibility. Hence i request you to take concern for irresponsibility of the concern personal or dept.
