I would like to draw your attention towards one of the issues that i am facing severely due to the bhatpar rani electricity board. I am highly dissapointed due to the negligence, unwillingness to co-operate, laziness and humiliating behavior of the people out there. The problem is that, they have created two electricity bill accounts on the name of my father mr. Motilal with account numbers[protected]and[protected] by mistake. He is getting the bills from both the accounts every month hence is forced to pay the bills twice every time. He has been to the local office and filed complaints three times to close one of the accounts (Account number[protected], but all invain. 1st complaint was filed on 17/01/2019, 2nd one on 28/01/2019 and 3rd one at 12/02/2019. No one there is willing to listen to the problems and to give any satisfying resolution. They just have one comment to say "file a complaint, we will see". Even i tried calling them many times. Sometime they hang up the calls, and then it continuously doesn't connect for the day. Sometime they say that its a wrong number. This time at last when i called they said that they will process my application after march as they are busy doing many other works as of now. I am completely numb hearing these replies as i don't really believe they are behaving this way to my father who is a senior citizen, already suffering with many other challenges, and i did not really expect that local government offices are still inaccessible by the common people at this extent. After the last reply i got i am completely hopeless about any resolution that i can get. They might have many works, i understand, but this work too belong to them that too when the problem has arose due to their own negligence and the person at other end is suffering due to that. Please can you suggest what should i do as i don't see any other option apart from mailing you. Looking at you i am hoping that i will get a befitting reply and a satisfactory resolution from you on regard of this. Waiting for your kind reply!
