Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Request to shift the transformer to a safer location

Respected sir/ma'am,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I am a residence of Sugamau Mehandipur enclave near tathagata school, munsipulia Indiranagar.
This is to bring you the notice that the transformer had been installed at very close proximity to my house and the line is passing from roof top at just 0.5 meter. There is the continuous sparking, humming and buzzing sound and frequent oil dripping from the transformer. This is measure safety issue and my family lives are at risk.
The transformer has been installed in violation of the provisions made under the Indian Electricity Act. It has been installed by the Electricity department.
Even before installation, I challenged this and wrote applications multiple time. Despite resistance, the transformer was installed and since then I have made the request application to shift the transformer.
I have given the application to the respective departments officials for not to installed transformer nearby house in December 2018 and later made an complaint for the shifting of the same in February 2021 but nothing has been done till date. I have the acceptance of my request letter.
My family members already have condition of sugar, BP and thyroid and such a close proximity of transformer amounts to higher degree of risk .

Please support in moving the transformer to a safer location asap.
