I am subhash kaushal and my uppcl a/c no. Is[protected]
Near about 4 years ago i have purchased a house in the district of gauriganj
In jagdishpur and from 4 years i have not got any electric bill of this house and in this four years i have inquired many times but no response was given to me '

In this course i have submitted some amount to the uppcl office
(1) rs.2577 dated[protected] and receipt no. 002543
(2) rs.921 dated 31-01-12 and receipt no. 047086

And 1 week ago after a lot pressure department have provided the bill of 25369 rs.

I request you to give minus all the amount submitted by me and provide me discount because im not able to pay such a big amount
