There is a vacant plot in front of my house. Some unknown residents are using elecricity illegally by kantia from distribution line. Hence, there is lot of voltage fluctuation in my residence. The owner sri brij mohan bhardwaj was informed regarding the same but he is not serious for the same. Pl. Do the needful. Photo of kantia in distribution line is enclosed for a n. A.

I already registered complaint 2 times as on 19th oct 2017 and 23 oct 2017 but they closed both complaints without my concern.
As i spoke to cusromer care several times but they are not resolving my complaint.
I have all call records with me.
May this complaint would resolve my problems.
