Dear sir, My name is hari charan maurya son of shri ram maurya, vill & post - tiloura, machhali shahar, jaunpur & my book no. 3512 & my connection no. 802540, so my transformer 25kva is blast early morning (18/07/2017)& i was registered complaint (19/07/2017) & your purvachal call advisor registered my complaint & committed to shortout my problem within 24 to 48 hours & your call advisor say to soon contact our sub station senior manager, but about 72 hours past & any people do not face to the transformer problem & next day contact your senior call advisor disconnect my call.
