Dear sir /mam,
I m enjoying services o[censored]r electric department since july 2017 & my all bills cleared & paid timely. Since last month there was some unsatisfied services observed:-
1. My bill was raised on 11/3/19 for rs 40821/- with reading of cons units 6018 however actual was 1827 mentioned on electric bill in his writing through bill operator, same details I discussed with him telephonic on same day & sended details on whats app also, than he promise to correct it in few days.
2. Subsequent, I requested him many time but he was responding me ur work is in process & sended ur details to higher authorities to re-correct.
3. As a gentleman, I requested him again fifth times on 06/04/19 that i want to pay my bill but not corrected, he again inform me to correct in next week.
4. Today, when i was at my office in New Delhi, my wife called me & said electric supply not in running since many times than she confirm at neighborhood, there was electric supply going on in other houses, finally she checked at meter box & found there a receipt of ( vichhedna soochna ) receipt no 6437 & my connection was disconnected.
4. Finally, i called at 1912 for my complaint, no is PV[protected] & they listen positively my problem, also recheck my reading that was wrong in last bill generated.
5. I discussed the issue with AE of Substation - 33/11KV S/s Sec-100, he also help me for my re- connection that was disconnected.
6. I kindly request u to correct my bill & take action against Mr. Rizwan mob no [protected] (who is bill operator ) & regularly i was requesting him to correct my bill but he was ignoring since many days & not picking call today.
As well as I m feeling very shameless myself on disconnection of my electricity & my family face the problem many hours, there was an insulting moment also in the society.
Who will be responsible for that ?
