Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — very high and very low power supply voltage in different phases

Barsana sector, kalindipuram, prayagraj area is having very un-even power supply voltage. I have 5kw 3phase connection. Two phases are showing higher than 300 volt which goes upto 360 volt and the third phase is showing near about 125 volt which fluctuate upto 150volt. This un-even and fluctuating voltage is dangerous for home appliances. Please rectify it.
