Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — wrong bill received

Dear sir,
My account id is [protected] and my complaint is regarding the amount which we have received online to pay i. E. Rs. 16203/- due on 25/11/2017. This is for one month... Would like to understand without using acs or any heavy machines how can it come? Our last month bill was 1934/- (Duly paid on time). Please look into the matter... Things are getting worse with these departments... Nobody is ready to accept and provide with the solution... This happens early as well and we had paid.. We are suffering nobody else. Looking for the solution asap..
