Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — wrong billing

Kindly be informed that i am facing the issue of wrong billing for the following account i’d [protected], account name-abdul raheem

I have already paid all the bills till december -2017 which is provided by employee o[censored]ppcl
But suddenly i have given a new bill with the last balance of 17, 592.
Could you please let me know how it become possible after being paid regularly since connection started and how can i pay such a big amount.
I am seeking a solution from your side asap in order to close the chapter
