Dear sir I am Avinash kumar i applied for electricity connection to uppcl whose application number is [protected] sir i applied for prepaid meter but post-paid meter has been installed at my house it is their fault on behalf of electricity department they application Put post-paid without checking, now I am having trouble paying the bill, I am going to deposit the bill, so the department is not collecting the bill, nor am I paying online. And when I went to my nearest electricity department office and complained that why you have installed my wrong meter then I was asked to enter Rs 3000 sir when I already paid 7700 prepaid meter and why did you install pot pad meter then I was told If I spend 3000 rupees kharcha pani then I will install prepaid meter. Sir I am very upset, please get my prepaid meter installed from the department which I had given application Thank you..
