Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Department — scholarship form is correct but it rejected due to department mistake.

This is mohd javed ahamad s/o wahid ali, sir i am doing "basic training certificate" btc" from raja akhand pratap mahavidyalaya khapradih. Faizabad up. Sir i filled up scholarship form very carefully there is not a single mistake in my documents and i was submitted very carefully also and submit all the document to college as well as scholarship department also after that i was checking status continuously till march 1 week status was pending by district level then i asked other candidate about their status they told me it will under process and same process was also going with them but at 7th march 2018 suddenly my status sowing that your form has been rejected. But sir there is no single mistake. I am contacting to scholarship department officers telling me that its done now your form rejected date is over so sir what is my fault if my all data is true then why officers are rejected. Sir i paid total 42000 fee for this course, and this amount i was taken as a loan from other candidate and i want to inform you i have also done the b. Tech and at that time i was taken 2 lac loan from bank because my father is a poor former and he is not working any more last 5 year back and he was suffering from mental deices and i have a younger sister for marriage so there is no income.
