Grievance description - cause of rejection of application for scholarship of your applicant is result suspected. Your applicant's responds as-result downloaded from university website is attached as pdf documents with this representation since your applicant has got scholarship on the ground of similar feedback and only did the renewal so how two times accepted feedback by public authority can be suspected this time. Rights of weaker and downtrodden section can't be allowed to be snatched by concerned public functionaries arbitrarily without pursuing the law of land. Whether it is justified. Whether it is justified to deprive a student from scholarship who is entitled and well deserve for the scholarship provided by the government on flimsy ground ipso facto obvious. Matter is concerned with gaurav kanaujia s/o ram kumar kanaujia, b. A. Part three, d. A. V. College kanpur belonging to o. B. C. (Non creamy layer) class being deprived from the scholarship on flimsy ground. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the hon'ble sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-it is submitted before the hon'ble sir that registration number – [protected] and [protected] has got reimbursement fees for 2015-16 and 2017-18 respectively. For details take a glance to your website and status of previous years.
2-it is submitted before the hon'ble sir that cause of rejection of my scholarship is that result suspected. Hon'ble sir please take a glance of downloaded result of your applicant in which your applicant has got 147 out of 300 ipso facto obvious from attached pdf documents with this grievance. Most surprising is that attached result is downloaded from university website but concerned who rejected application couldn't trace this result.
3-it is submitted before the hon'ble sir that other cause of rejection is as being made available on the notice board of respective college is "scrutiny result status suspect".. Hon'ble sir, that is merely a cryptic word /phrase in order to mislead. Your applicant has followed due procedure and nothing wrong. When in part one and part two your applicant was provided scholarship, then how concerned public authority can reject my online submitted application on flimsy and fabricated ground. Whether the dealings of concerned are not suspicions that a fairly passed student who scored good marks being considered as failed status. This is humble request of your applicant to you hon'ble sir that it can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you hon'ble sir.
