Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Bus didn't arrive for pick up at the scheduled time and even 1.5 hours after.

I'd booked 3 tickets for Janrath 2x2 bus to travel from Kanpur to Lucknow from the UPSRTC application, scheduled to depart from Jhalakati Bus Stand at 5:30PM on the 2nd of May, 2022.

I along with my other 2 passengers arrived at the location at 5:00PM and waited till 7:00PM to have no see of the vehicle and no information about it from the enquiry desk.

The attendant at the enquiry desk just kept on assuring us that it will be here anytime now and later started stating that they do not know any whereabouts of the bus.

When asked about contacts, they asked us to contact the UPSRTC complaint helpline. We did so but to have no response from them till now.

Finally we had to book these tickets back again for a private bus and here we are, seated in here now.
