I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the conductor of bus number [Bus No.UP80 GT 7748/Mathura to Agra], which I along with my wife boarded on 20.11.2025 from Goverdhan Chauraha to Agra.

During the journey, the conductor behaved in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. On boarding the bus I enquired the conductor where this Bus journey will culminate in Agra. He said where...

I've taken ticket of 221 rupees, and i've handed over him five hundred cash plus twenty one rupees, and he have to refund me three hundred balance a mount after cutting 221 rupees.Ticket from varanasi bus stand to mau. Conductor has not announced for returning or refunding the balance amount.Neither he has given me the balance three hundred.

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with a bus booking made through Paytm for a Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution from both Paytm and UPSRTC, no solution has been provided even after 15 days.

My name is Priyanka Mehta. On 31st of May (2023), I booked a ticket from UPSRTC website from Kaushambi bus station to Bareilly Satellite. On reaching the bus stand on the day of departure, I was asked by the respective bus conductor to cancel my online reservation as the bus trip might get cancel due to less no. of passengers and so, I canceled the trip.

Refund is not initiated even after 20 days of ticket cancellation and company's mail id id online.[protected]@upsrtc.com is not responding from 15 days. No revert has come after multiple reminders. Very Pathetic customer service. Customer care toll free number dont entertain the refund calls....

This is regarding ticket booked from the userid - pt1009. I booked a ticket from lucknow to bareilly satellite on 18 aug, 2020 and money was deducted, ticket was not booked for the bus.

I was travelling with my mother from agra to lucknow in bus no up84 t 5159. Early morning at 5.30 am we reached lucknow unfortunately my mothers's hand bag was let in the bus. I called on toll free number and took enquiry number of shikohabad and when i made a call to shikhobad depo that person is not responding on the complaint and saying that i am on leave.

I booked the ticket online and when I reached the station at the time of departure the station authority told me the the bus is cancelled. And when I ask them about the refund they told me the amount will be refunded to my bank account automatically. I think they fooled me.Please help me and return my money as soon as possible. This bus up52dt8120 janrath bus its driver and conductor are abusing and misbehaving with the passenger.they have charged AC charges but there AC is not working.on complaing they are abusing us as well as women.Kindly take action against them n fire them its a very shamefull act.this bus leaves alambagh at 4 pm and now its 10 o clock it has reached ayodhya going on avg speed of 20kmph.this is what janrath service is ..Kindly take action against them n fire them
