[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — too much fare taken by bus conductor

I am anmol mamgain from roorkee, uttarakhand. I am navy officer and recently travelling in uprctc bus from delhi to roorkee bus no: up14et3157.

I want to file a complaint against bus conducter of the same bus. Firstly instead of roorkee he gave me ticket for haridwar and reason was lack of travellers. Then mid of the journey he came to me saying that my luggage is more than 10kg and gave me ticket of 200rs for the same when i refused to pay he started talking to me rudely asking me to get out of the bus at next stop. With support of other fellow travellers i somehow completing my journey.
