[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh Tourism — refund of cancelled hotel booking

(1) i booked one room at rahi tourist bungalow; agra under uttar pradesh tourism development corporation on 6/12/2017, for 4 days from 19/2/17 to 23/2/17. The amount paid was rs 3800. Docket no agr16035407.
(2) since the hotel booking and cancellation website was not responding properly i sent an email to [protected]@up-tourism.com on 15/2/17 at 12.35 am from my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in to cancel the hotel booking.
(3) second email was sent to [protected]@up-tourism.com on 15/2/17 at 9.20 am to cancel the hotel booking giving the docket no from my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
(4) since there was no response third email was sent from my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com to [protected]@up-tourism.com 15/2/17 at 10.03 am to cancel the booking
(5) fourth email was sent to [protected]@up-tourism.com on 15/2/17 at 10.46 am to cancel the hotel booking from my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
(5) i sent sms to no [protected] (Agra number as available on upstdc website) on 15/2/17 at 12.16 pm to cancel the hotel booking from my mobile no [protected].
(6) i talked on phone no [protected] at agra on 15/2/17 at 5.09 pm from my mobile no [protected] to cancel the hotel booking. The person on the phone informed me that we have received your message about your hotel cancellation and we have already cancelled the hotel booking.
(7) i reminded about the refund to [protected]@up-tourism.com on 25/2/17, 2/3/17, 3/3/17, 15/3/17 and 16/3/17by email from my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in
(8) i reminded about the refund to [protected]@up-tourism.com on 15/2/17, 28/2/17, 3/3/17 and 18/3/17, by email from my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in
(9) they have not paid any refund to me. They have also not responded to any of my emails so far.
