Uttar Pradesh Transport Department — payment has been deducted from my account but u. p. road tax receipt was not generated

Road tax payment on up transport department website https://vahan.up.nic.in/upcheckpost/ for vehicle no.-uk06ca6944 on dated-23/02/2018 which amount and transaction details are below and these entries are wrongly debited from my bank of baroda account but reciept is not generated at th time..
