Uttarakhand Roadways — Poor Service | Refund Not Processed

Dear Sir,

I’m writing this complaint about Uttarakhand Roadways online bus booking service. I booked the bus from utc website on 14th Jan’21 from Delhi to Dehradun and my boarding was from Mohan nagar Ghaziabad but the conductor didn’t stopped and moved in front o[censored]s and asked us to come Rajnagar extension and when we asked him to stop there then he denied and said bus will not going to stop. If you want you can catch the bus by following. The bus conductor’s name was Sunil Dutt and this is his number

Then I had to board another bus, and again i paid Rs 1100. After that i had written the contents email at their helpline support for requesting refund. But got no response, it happened second time with me.

Please get my refund processed.
