Uttarakhand Roadways — Stop bus at every 10 min to collect passangers standing at Road side

I traveled on[protected] to delhi from Roorkee. The bus conductor Mr.Arun Sisodiya stopped bus to collect passangers stand at road side . I told him that it is an long rout bus why are you stop this bus on every 10 min. But he argued that this bus run like that . Bus number is UK07PA 4485. It run from Roorkee to delhi route.
