This is to inform you that me and my mother travelled in bus number 1233 whose drives name is vikas from kashmiri gate to dehradun on 16/11/2018.
I had to attend the functions for my sisters wedding which were supposed to start by 1700 hours on the same day so i booked myself on this bus as it was supposed to reach at 1600 hrs. But due to drivers ignorance and personal reasons the time of travel was delayed by 2 an a half hours. As per him it was some technical issue in the bus, is it supposed to be our problem? We have paid the amount to the concerned authority aren’t they suppose to look for an immediate solution? After half an hour of delay at the del bus stand without informing the passengers he took us to some deserted bus depot to rectify the issue. We all waited for 2 hours in sun without water.
This is the worst experience with uttrakhand transport. I tried calling the numbers given on the site and not even a single number was answered. Do look into the matter as most o[censored]s were delayed beyond words to reach our destination. Was this information helpful? |
