Uttarakhand Transport Corporation — Booking failed but amount deducted refund request

I made online payment through online banking using UPI on 27/05/2023 to book a ticket through Uttarakhand govt bus service through their official web- utconline.gov.in Dehradun ISBT to Delhi KASHMIRIGATE but during the online payment the amount was deducted but ticket not booked. So please I request you to refund the amount it earliest.
