I made online payment through online banking using UPI on 03/Jan/2024 to book a ticket through Uttarakhand govt bus service through their official mobile application from haldwani to delhi anand vihar but during the online payment the amount was deducted but ticket not booked. my booking due to bus strike and the booking has been cancelled, The money was debited
with upi transaction I'd[protected] .the amount of rupees 461.80 didn't refunded yet, I have attached all the screenshots.

On 31st December 2023 I booked online ticket for 1st January 2024 through Uttarakhand transport corporation from Dehradun ISBT to Delhi kashmiri gate. On 1st January the day o[censored]TC bus didn't came due to bus strike and the booking has been cancelled, the amount of rupees 431.80 didn't refunded yet, I have attached all the screenshots.

Please look into this matter and do the needful.

The driver is so abusive and the behaviour is so bad . I accidentally sat on conductor seat, instead or warning he uses abusive words and uses bad language which was too uncomfortable and disturbs other passengers . He also drives so bad because of his anger . He generates a fear of himself against all the passengers . So I kindely request to to take an action against him I am looking forward for your positive result .

The payment of Rs 888 was made to the beneficiary (Uttrakhand Transport Corporation) but the bus ticket was not issued for the same.

Paid online Rs.1434.88 on 25/04/2022, for two bus ticket online booking for 04/05/2022 from Delhi to Haridwar. But Tickets not issued and no refund made. In spite of several letters and requests Uttarakhand Transport Corporation Dehradun failed to reply or refund.

I booked UTC Bus from Haridwar to New Delhi, the journey was pathetic
1. Bus starting delay 2 hours
2. By the time nreached new delhi delay was 3 hours
3. Since very much delayed i and my family requested driver to stop at New Delhi railway station to catch chennai train but he refused
4. Called all their help line numbers, most of the time switched off or ringing no response
5. Even if they pickup they say bus will come, what time it will come they don't know

To travel from dehradun to pauri, the tickets are given in bus only. It has happened for a few months now.
Earlier we were Given tickets from the ticket counter at dehradun hill station. That was the best way. Because only people who have to go buy and sit in bus. But now people have to rush to take a seat on bus. They all come in front of the bus, run around, and push everyone around, which is too dangerous. Like today there was so much crowd, that while stopping my seat, i didn't knew and someone stole my wallet. There were unnecessary people on the bus and it happened during all the rush. Just before me a boy's phone also got stolen from the same bus. I dont know if I'll get back my wallet now. But it's a heartily request that please switch back to buying tickets from ticket counter only. People can come early and wait instead of going around a moving bus and also only people who have to travel will be allowed on bus.

Book my seat in the name of naresh Kumar Bijalwan and my rs also deduct on my a/c but Conductor sad you are not booked that sheat but it's reduculus my money deduct on my pocket and I am teention free for seat but at the time of Conductor say not booking seat and I go outside for ATM for money your Conductor not wait and bus gone it's reduculus bcus you you give opurtunitines to up member.

I did my transaction on Uttarakhand State transport site and booked a bus from Dehradun to Delhi

Payment is succesfull and i have attached screenshot as well but i did not receive ticket

I have to wait 2hrs for buses to rishikesh from harrawala and many times the bus didn't stop due to overcrowd of passanger in bus. There is extreme shortage of buses in dehradun to rishikesh route and vice versa . Although haridwar buses came after 5 min frequently with almost fully vacant seats . Arrangement of dehradun to rishikesh and vice versa route is very poor

I want to keep a request to you that many UTC buses are not passes through MIyanwala Underpass. Today I was waiting for the way to Mooradabad on the Miyanwala Underpass Bus stoppage. A UTC bus UK08 1726 which route was fix to Moradabad and that Passes away From Fly over bridge of Miyanwala. Since Long wait no any bus was come there. and I change my destination and wait on Harrawala stoppage. I saw That many UTC Buses e.g. Haldwani, Moradabad, and other Route are Passes away from Flyover Bridge Not miyanwala Underpass. It is very wrong due to this Reason The Financial Income o[censored]TC may be can Loss. please Help, . Also a one more request on going return from Rishikesh or Haridwar or any Other Station to Dehradun The UTC Buses are not pass through Miyanwala Underpass. we or many Travellers have heavy luggage and bus conductor are drop us on the Harrawala Stopage or Up on the Fy over Bridge. Due to this reason ther are no any Vikram or any left right pass available there and accidends may be can happen. so please sir help. we have do many request to drop in miyanwala chawk but thay do not pass through miyanwala underpass and misbehave us.

Sir, with regret I post my complaint for unprofessional dealing o[censored]TC services. I booked my online ticket with PNR 475J[protected] from Delhi ISBT to GHANSALI. after reaching Delhi ISBT it was the first shock to know two buses murged i.e. GHANSALI and uttarkashi.. Then at this Corona precautionary measure time standing passengers allowed. Each and Every passenger was charged Rs 50 as Sleeper ticket.. online tickets holder also charged the amount and divert the route without any information... The gpf tracking of route was not enable.. so pathetic ... Is UK government aware of this unconditional services without prior information at least to online ticket holders.. so that we wish or not wish to travel.. poor experience..
Sir, Please find the cause of mismanagement in UTC services and punish the defaulters for creating inconvenience and damaging faith in UTC.

I will be obliged if you take some firm step for improvement.

I'm travelling from Delhi to rishikesh.. when bus stopped at haridwar the bus driver and conductor incorporated more Passengers and filled each and every seat making uncomfortable for the people including me since then travelling has been uncomfortable...

Takes 500 bukes from me and he has to return 165 bukes to me but he disnot only write amount back of ticket
So it was by mistakely done or not i dont know but it ia not a good sign of loyalty about your passenger

This is a comaplin against mr anup singh the conductor for delhi-dehradun bus on nov 22 2019. He is been claiming us saying we haven't paid the whole money for the ticket. Whereas we have already paid the whole amount that is rs 1500. And now he is claiming extra 552 rupees saying this is our due amount. If we won't pay this he will throw us out of the bus. Kindly take some step against this person harassing passengers.

I tried to book 2 tickets of Haldwani Dehradun A.C. bus of 20.06.2019 ( 8.30 PM) through internet on 19.06.2019 from Ranikhet. But due to poor net connectivity I did not receive any information regarding ticket booking and no amount deduction message was received by me from my bank. Thinking that online ticket booking process was not completed and booking of ticket is not possible from Ranikhet I requested my friend at Haldwani to book online ticket for me and after booking tickets by him I received seat number 27-28 for which I made him cash payment. Before departure of bus at 8.30PM I received two message showing bus seat numbers (17-18 & 27-28). I immediately informed bus conductor of the mistake of double booking due to poor net connectivity and double charging of money. He immediately informed his superiors who allowed him to allotte my 2 seats to new needy passengers against the payment and he did so.

Hi,

I booked four general tickets bearing sheet no 16 to 19th from chandigarh to kotdwar. The origin of the bus was haridwar and my boarding point was chandigarh.

Boarding - 21:30 pm at chandigarh
Destination - kotdwar
Journey date - 17th april 2019

I waited for this bus till 22:30 pm at chandigarh bus stand and it was not reached there. We had visited with our own fair through other sources, and information was also shared to haridwar enquiry office on same time same day.

I have already given a written complaint through mail on the same id on which we had got ticket booking confirmation.

I want to escalate issue against one of the utc contracted midway restaurant comes under the route of delhi to dehradun. The restaurant name is quality cafe. This cafe is charging the price more than the mrp mentioned on any product while as the indian government rules the price of any goods will not be more than the mrp mentioned. Utc authority should be ensure that the charged price of the product is not more than the mrp. But i think utc are also aware about this and not taking any action against this. I want register complaint against utc authority as well as this restaurant so, it won't be happen to any person of india. If you will not take any serious action on these kind of restaurant and cafes. There be heavy loss to the passengers traveling across all over india to uttrakhand.
