Dear sir,
I made online payment through online banking using my debit card of state bank of India on 12/04/2023 to book a ticket through Uttarakhand govt bus service through their official web- utconline.gov.in but during the online payment the amount was deducted but ticket not booked. So please I request you to refund the amount it earliest.
