With reference to our discussion held on 19/09/21 at Praba’s V Care Health Clinic, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore and finalized and paid an amount of INR. 37000/- for my hair falling treatment.
At present I am working in a Private Company by staying in a mansion at Saravanampatti. Unexpectedly my Grandmother was bite by snake and she was admitted at KMCH. Due to this I made a decision to move back to my native which is almost 100miles away from Coimbatore. As I have spent more money on her treatment process I am not in a position to undergo this treatment.so, please understand my position and Hence, please cancel my booking order and other treatment related costs and refund my paid amount of INR. 37000/- as soon as possible. Sorry for inconvenience.
