I have reached out to v care for strech marks removal treatment and in appointment they confirmed me that it fades after sittings even I double checked. I believed in v care and went ahead with further treatment for 38000 with bajajfinserv EMI.Hope this is not the small amount. I have told for my arms and abdomen strech marks. In 1st and 2nd sitting they treated only abdomen strech marks and gave cream for arm strech marks and said to use for 3months and asked treatment for arms they said by using this cream it will fade. I used this for 3months, there was no reaction on my skin. On 2nd sitting they locked me inside the small room after applying cream on abdomen no one came and checked and just wiped the cream after 45mnts and gone out and scolded them this is how they treated me on 2nd sitting. On 3rd sitting, they said that the machine was repair and didnt do that siiting properly. Then i raised complaint about the2nd and 3rd sitting but there was no response in RS puram branch. 3rd sitting was taken in sungam branch. On 4th sitting they gave me on arm and abdomen due to complaint but they didnt do well, again i complaint about the treatment and took the photos of the treatment and shown with the doctor, she said that hereafter ill take care and came for 5th sitting, there she was using her mobile and chatting with therapist
And again I made a complaint of 4th and 5th sitting but there was no response, so I shifted to sungam branch again i faced the same problem and raised the complaint but there was no response, again i went for 7th sitting at sungam complaint to manager but there was no response. On 7th sitting i am okay with siiting but imporer sitting (in some places on abdomen the treatemnt was not done) and the therapist used the phone while treatment so again i raised the complaint and they said the amount i paid only for abdomen not for arms they said on 7th sitting if so why they suggested cream for arms if i dont said arms, they are cheating, however later I felt bad and raised a complaint and called RS puram branch they said, I'll call you back...
I called them...I messaged them s many times...but their reply was ill get you back mam...but no call back. On 2nd sitting bajajfinserv have taken amount 2times from my account, so I called RS puram branch but they didn't even respond me, I called them atleast 10times...this is the behavior of the manager and the doctor and the therapist. I need a solution for this which I got stressed.

I paid 18k for hair treatment (to stop hair falling), but still not a single percent positive signs, even after 2.5 months.. I used for 2.5 months. I visited the clinic for the reason of same complaint, but the doctors were not able to justify my question. They replied that hair fall will be reduced by next month. But in starting it was told like the hair fall will start from the end of first month usage, but still now there was no effect. They are only marketing me to buy more.

I can’t spend more money when there is no effect for this 18k rs. I want the effect for the highest money which I paid

I'm Vinoth from Erode and I have been visiting V care located at Erode for the past 2 months but the customer service here is not as good as I thought. You have been advertising at international standards but there is no parking facilities and you have been welcoming customers with just 9 sitting chairs. Before, I referred yours to few of friends but if this condition remains same next I won't refer you to anyone.

At present I am working in a Private Company by staying in a mansion at Saravanampatti. Unexpectedly my Grandmother was bite by snake and she was admitted at KMCH. Due to this I made a decision to move back to my native which is almost 100miles away from Coimbatore. As I have spent more money on her treatment process I am not in a position to undergo this treatment.so, please understand my position and Hence, please cancel my booking order and other treatment related costs and refund my paid amount of INR. 37000/- as soon as possible. Sorry for inconvenience.

I've been visiting Vcare RS Puram branch for Biocell, Due to some personal reasons want to cancel my treatment, the manager here is acting weird help me asap

I visited V CARE(Sungam & RS Puram Branch) for Upper Lip Treatment since February'2020 in which I have only undergone my first sitting and later on for the future sittings they have informed that there is some machine unavailability (fault of machine) and they didn't call me for next sessions. I have totally paid 14 k, it's been 7 months I am contacting them to refund my amount which is not happening.. I would appreciate the arrangement to refund the amount to me. Awaiting for your response.

Recently i undergone for mbt facial in v care... It cost a lot but there is no result. No result is not a problem for me but my skin totallly damaged.

Its like burnt skin, now again i need to re-gain my old skin and need to spend money for that. But the treatment is done by doctors. How come they will test our skin like a experiment box. And there is no proper response from the concerned people also.

I want my money back.

i will buy a phone motorola fire xt530 on 28/6/12 from retailer singla mobile world plot no.266,pocket b-5,sector - 7 ,rohini,Delhi - 110085 and the retailer prefer me to insured my phone so i will insure my phone with [v care ] at buying time and after 11 months my phone screen defect so i will take decision to repair it by insurance they says they take 7 to 15 working days to repair any phone but sir they says that part is not available in service center so they extend time one week so after a week i will call them but they says one week more sir today one month and half month also gone so i decided to take away my phone back but they says that ok we give u you,r phone back between 5 days and sir today one week will gone so now i think they are fro ad me so i will take ur help sir will u give help me to returned my phone from insurance company ......

past 2 year i went for hail falling compliant they ask intial amount of high cost and giving treatment and they given like ucoliptus oil for massaging in night times and rinse in morning every day i saw more hair are damaged and falls more compare to earlier. i ask the concern they told these are for falling of strength less hair falling and goes to grow new strong hair
but i loss more than 50,000 ruppes and my front head hairs

I have one mobile of sony company model Experia Mini , which is not working properly. So I submitted my mobile on 4-5-12 second time for service and repair. After taking a whole month, the problem is as it is. They wasted my time. V care is not providing service properly. My slip serial no. is-

We have purchased a Nokia 1661 model hand set on 23.8.2009 at Priority New siddhapudur, Coimbatore. On 3rd April we had a problem in the hand set and send the hand set for service on 3.4.2010 at V Care Nokia service center New Siddhapudur, under warranty period. At that time they said "we will reply with in two days. But, they have replied after one week 10.04.2010, at that time they said hand set have got damage because of water. But, it was not true we didnot drope the set in the water. They have also informed us the service charge of Rs 550/-. We said ok for that amount, But still now there is no responce for our phone calls regarding this. Or other wise give us a new hand set for our use. Kindly do the needful.
