I purchased 2 air wiz light fans from bhajanpura of serial number- [protected] or [protected] On 09/08/2026.
After installation, dim lights are still visible even after switching off the light. The light turns off when the fan is turned off.
If the fan is on and light is off, it is still dimly visible.
I complained at Customer care and the executive visited me. He told that the PCB is faulted in this model and it will take atleast 10 days to resolve the PCB issue. Why will the customer wait for 10 days after buying brand new fans?
If the PCB is faulted in both the fans, why is dealer selling them? This is a fraud with customer.
Kindly resolve this issue as quickly as possible or replace both fans with another model. Sir, there is a continuous noise from one fan and there is no response to my complaint.
