My stabilizer unit has been collected by the service team 6 days ago and no response from them. Very pathetic service from V guard.

No installation done even after delivery of 10 days instead of repeated request to their call centre.

Have purchased Godrej Refrigerator on 11th June 2022 @ Sathya Store Vadapalni, alongwith that bought the V Guarg VG 50 Stabilizer also on the same day. Within 2 months there is a problem in Stabilizer, it is not working and keep on flikering.

I had purchased lg tv from reliance digital davangere on 3/4/2019.
It was installed on 5/4/2019 by name nagaraj his behaviour was not proper. He had given voltage stabilizer without bill from reliance digital and said it will be delivered by email and collected 3500=00 rupees (Crystal plus). Repeatedly asking him he told he will give today or tomorrow. After visiting reliance digital on 10/9/2018, then he produced handwritten bill for this. Response was very poor from reliance digital.

I bought a v guard submersible pump on 2016. Now the pump is showing complaint (Elcb gets off while pump is switched on) after the warranty period.

I registered a complaint through vguard customer care and was informed that drona agency in pathanamthitta will attend the issue.

The agency told us that submersible pump after few years o[censored]se will show such complaint and suggested us to directly connect the pump without an elcb or else you have to buy a new elcb from vguard or abb.

My question is, i am using top brand elcb from l&t which i bought few months before, which i should replace with v guard or other elcb's. So what's the quality provided from vguard motors??

Really disappointed with the vguard service.

My mainline steblizer is not working properly which i have bought 20 days ago...i have compained for it two times in V-GUARD care & technician have come to me but it doesn't work properly ...try to solve my problem in as soon as possible...i am very upset from the service of v-guard because i conmpaint for it two times but it doesn't work

I'm using v guard pumps for last so many years. I have to buy a new pump every time because nobody attends the service complaints. I bought four pumps for the last 5 years. (I can show all the pumps). The service guy here is a cheat. Couple of years back he took the pump, after a couple of weeks he returned it without doing anything and charged me. I said i'll pay only if you show me, the pump is working. He never came back after that and i had to service it locally. I gave a service request a week back (Srno.[protected]. The service guy called, took the address and said he'll come. Never came and called again. Now i got a message from you saing that "we couldn't reach your contact no. This is a lie. They contacted me in the same number. Your service is very very very poor. My friend is dealing v guard pumps so i, m forced to buy the same pump because of emergency. I bought the fourth one because nobody turned up. I need to talk to the manager. I don't want to deal with these, so called service cheats.

I bought v-guard geyser in july 2015. It worked fine for 2 years but suddenly last month it started leaking and due to that whole assembly unit got damaged. When service guy came and checked it, he told that whole unit needs to be replaced and as it is out of warranty (Just after one month of warranty period over) it will charge 2500 rs. Tank warranty is 5 years but it will not be covered as assembly unit warranty is 2 years which is the damaged area. V-guard is charging unnecessary money for everything from customer.

I have purchased v guard motor 1 hp, purchased dated 23/09/2016, shop name chunchanagiri agencies motor model reno oss-f80 & motor serial no 4haf 18667

Once we installed the motor in home then only motor got jammed, again service person visited our home & did service for the motor for few months it got ok, again we are facing the same problem like motor jammed, within warranty period you given service, & after the warranty period over, we feel the expeseen may shootup.in this regard we would like to exchange the motor.

This is my sincere request. Do not buy V-Guard Geyser's. You get all kinds of problems and service support people are so bad that their aim is to make money saying that part has gone etc.
My Geyser was leaking and it was under warranty. They replaced new Tank.
I thought it will be alright for another 2-3 years.
But new replaced Tank is leaking again with in 3 months. When i call them. It is out of warranty and we cannot replace new one.
I was arguing that you guys replaced new Tank why it is leaking. They say we don't know.
They say even if Tank leaks after one of replacement. we don't give new one. we will charge for it.

I bought a submersible water pump and after 1year and 3 months it started showing problems.
Today service man came and told motor winding is gone and we have to re- wind the motor, is this the quality of V guard?
Now he said I have to take to service centre and I have no idea how much money they will charge, it is waste of my time.
I didnot expect a v guard motor to have problem like this.
If this is the quality you are providing please change the tag line because you have lost my trust.

Complaint registered on 1st august 2016 but service not recieved till date and message has come that customer is not reachable today[protected] i m attaching the complaint id your sr[protected] is registered and assigned to nearest service centre, will be resolved within 48hrs. Which is yet not resolved in 17 days.
I hope your watch says 48 hrs in 48 hours only

I lodged a complaint online on May 19, 2016 stating that we are not getting any hot water from the solar water heater even when the geyser is turned on.I received a message that my Service Request no.[protected] has been registered successfully and it will be resolved within 48 hrs.I also received a call from the technician that it would be resolved but till now it has not been fixed.We are facing the same problem ever since it has been installed.I would not recommend anyone to install heaters from this Company as they have a very bad customer service.

we purchased a solar water heater and since then we were having problems with hot water.After filing several complaints, the technician replaced the heater inside the tank in Feb last year, Since then we did not have any problem until recently when once again we are not getting any hot water.I lodged a complaint online on 27.1.2016 and till now no one has shown up to fix it. when I spoke with one of the representatives, he said that the heater needs to be replaced again and is out of warranty. I couldn't understand the fact that the warranty expired before on year since it is not February yet. We have been facing this kind of issue only during winter months when the internal heater only is being used.I am still waiting for a response from them and hope to get the issue resolved!!!

Dear Sir, I have purchased 1.5 Ton LG Air Conditioner from Nikshan Show Room, Bank Road, Kannur, Kerala on 09-Apr-2014. For this air conditioner, thestabilizer supplied by Nikshan Show Room was V-Guard_VC 400. When I had some initial problem with this stabilizer, I havecontacted Nikshan Show Room for technical support. Since I felt somedoubt, I asked about the genuiness of the ACstabilizer they have supplied me. On hearing this question, they responded mein a very bad way abusing with bad words which is not expected from a show roomsupport team. They told me this product is genuine and informed me that somelocal V-Guard sales representative will contact me to confirm the same. Meanwhile, I have contacted V-Guard customer care center. Theirtechnical team informed me that V-Guard DOES NOT manufacture any product calledVC 400 for AC stabilizers. Furtherthey informed me that stabilizer they manufacture for AC is VG 400. They further informed me thatthis could be a case of fraud and asked me the details of the shop from where Ihave purchased the stabilizer and AC. They finally registered a compliant inthis regard and promised me that they will be sending their Technicians to myhome to check once again, the product's genuinity. After that I received lot of calls from representative claimingthat they are from V-Guard. They said that VC400 is a type of AC stabilizers they manufacture exclusively for thisparticular Nikshan showroom. I was bit surprised to hear that aproduct is made exclusive for any showroom. They were not able to answer to myquestions regarding the technical/price differences between these models. Thisproves that this is a case of fraud by these parties. Sir, I request your immediate action to resolve this case of fraudby V-Guard and Nikshan Show Roomwhere-by customers are cheated with a duplicate low quality product fromV-Guard. I HAD INSTALLED A SOLAR WATER HEATER SOME 7 YEARS BACK . OF LATE THE LEVEL OF HEATING IS FAR BELOW WHEN COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS TIMES. INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE DEALER AT TRICHUR (PUNKUNNAM) TURNED A DEAF EAR TO ALL MY COPLAINTS SINCE 24 12 12 -THE DAY WHEN I LODGED A COMPLAINT. TWO TIMES THEIR SERVICE PERSONNEL HAD VISITED MY HOUSE BUT OF NO AVAIL AS THEY HAD NO TECHNICAL KNOW HOW -AND THEY ASSURED ME TO SEND A TECHNICIAN BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAPPENED AND THE COMPLAINT REMAIN UNATTENDED.IT SEEMS MY GREATEST BLUNDER TO PURCHASE THE SOLAR WATER HEATER.
