On [16.03.2024], I visited the V Mart Rajiv Nagar Patna branch to make a purchase and proceeded to make a payment through UPI. The transaction was successfully completed, and the amount was debited from my account, with confirmation of the payment being credited to V Mart's account.
However, to my dismay, when I inquired about the status of my payment, the manager at the V Mart branch declined to acknowledge that the payment had been received. Despite providing evidence of the successful transaction, I was met with reluctance and unhelpfulness in resolving the issue.
