they did same to me.
I purchased worth Rs. 6000 and they did not feed mobile number and later on they refused to honor the offer.
Such a pathetic and worst retail store.

I HAVE PURCASE JEANS PANT FROM V MART ADD : SHOP NO 420/3, BROAD WAY BUSINESS CENTER, LAW GARDERN CORNER AHM-380006. THE JEANS PANT WAS MANUFATURE DEFUALT I HAVE SHOW THAT TO THE MANAGER OF V MART AND I HAVE GIVEN HIM BILL OF THAT JEANS . BUT NOW HE IS NOT EXCHANGING MY JEANS AND AGAIN HE IS ASKING ME FOR A BILL WHICH I HAVE GIVEN HIM BEFORE ONLY . NOW HE IS TELLING THAT YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A BILL BUT I HAVE GIVEN HIM ALREADY.
HE IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMER BY SELLING THIS TYPE OF JEANS AND OTHER PRODUCTS SO I M GOING TO CUNSUMER COURT . IF ANY ONE HAS BEEN CHEATED LIKE THIS HE OR SHE CAN CALL ME [protected]

It is a thing of great pride for the people of Pathankot Punjab that V-Mart has selected this city for their business and at the service of its people. Many-2 thanks to the people who give us this wonderful service.

I am a customer of this place since its origination in Pathankot. But today's my experience was very worst with one of the Security Guards
who deliberately stopped me to go inside the premises by posing a lame excuse; Babu ji we people have to go to the far flung areas so we have to close & showed me the card board with the inscription that It is CLOSED.

I & other people felt very harassed over this issue & might be possible it may be their business of every-day. I most humbly just want to submit here that kindly look into the matter sympathetically so that your other customers may have not to encounter such sort of humiliation as, I am sorry to say, V-Mart is not providing the goods free of Cost and these things are also available in the market too and same also with other Malls too. It was just a bond between us and V-Mart as it approached us in those times when there was not the facility of this kind in the city and we want to carry on this bond as much as possible but no one has the time enough to write down such long essays of woes at the cost of your erring employees. On[protected] I am buying some clothes from your V MART at FATEHPUR UP I saw there is a Signage of a offer the offer is customer can shopping worth rs 2499 & get the WALL CLOCK FREE this is the offer. In FATEHPUR V MART there is not any of your staff to tell the offer to customer when I enquiry at the billing counter the CASHIER MISS RACHNA SHARMA said I don't know I know from you that the offer is running by himself or running the offer when he discuss to headoffice or zonaloffice after this I am billing my total bill is RS 2688 but your company charge me RS 2689 when I go to customer care he said that 1rupee is for the offer but if you charge 1 rupee where you can mentioned it to the signage to give proper information to customer I only said that my first experience of shopping in V MART is very worst I say all my family members & friend don't shopping in V MART when other firm like BIG BAZAAR & SPENCERS give the offers to customer at free no charges will be paid by the customer I also say if you take action against your staff kindly return me 1 rupee otherwise this is a serious matter of froud I will take legal action against your firm I have pic of the signage which is the proff I give you full details like

A very bad services has given to customer by your company I have a very bad experience so I told all of the customer kindly do not purchase any of the item from vmart.
