V-Mart — Unethical behaviour | |
Dear V-Mart, I went to V-MART HUSAINGANJ ( adjacent to CMS SCHOOL STATION ROAD)Lucknow Uttar Pradesh with my wife today for shopping. While entering I asked the guard to keep my 2 wheeler helmet safely to which he refused point blank .I insisted & requested politely to keep the helmet safely again to which he insulted me, this time quite brutally.As I was with my wife I could not bear standing there further & I left red faced. Kindly take stern discipline action against such abusive staff who does not know how to behave with elite customers else I will move to police husainganj / national consumer court.I I often visit v mart store at barabanki nawabganj UP where guard store manager etc always keep my belongings officially respectfully. I would like to get apprised by you constantly with time over the matter about the action taken by you against him which will guide me further for future course of action. Today I visit v mart godauliya varansi
There is huge mistake in pricing and office then I complaint to manager
They replied that we can't force to for purchasing...
This is unethical behaviou of v mart manager
They can't manage the tage of whole listing products only presarised the customer when they going for billing that there is office of the products I can again and take the officers but there's no sticker ...
