Sir /madam,
I filled my pf withdrawal form in november 2019 in online portal and it was approved. But the bank details which showing in online portal was rejected because my bank account was closed due to some reason and it was never started again. And because of that my pf withdrawal money returned to pf department. And that declined money never showed in my pf account passbook. Because of this mail it to the v5 global and they sent me asr form and i filled the all details along with my all current activated bank details and prescribed documents suggested by them and i sent it to their given address but till now no money has received and no one from pf department is willing to respond me on their phone number. And no one even respond to me on mails also.
Now you please tell me what should i do or should i persuade for legal action. Please suggest me on this or give me some solutions.
