Pf kyc not done by company ,as a result I am unable to log in and claim

This is Ranjan Kumar Das has an pf account for the period of 2014 to 2023.That time company says we will do KYC of your pf account, but unfurtunately they has not done that. Now I am unable to log in on pf portal, when i go for forget password my name and date of birth also not taking. I need money for my family medical issues .I have been trying so from 2023 to till date but it has not been solved so far now.
I am being frostrate by them I need fine along with my money due to their neligence.

I'm smitha employee of V5 global solutions, employe id : V5/43933
I'm unable login pf portal to apply my PF as the details are not mentioned the error getting As gender is not mentioned I have complained many times to the concern (V5 team) branch east marredpalli, secunderbad. there is no support from the team .
I have couried all the details to V5 delhi office. There is no proper support.
Kindly check and help in resolving the issue.

I was left V5 pvt limited in 2021 and I have applied for withdraw my PF but when I applied it online my details was updated wrong and now I am trying to help with pF team and HR seniors they are not giving me the reply after taking the regularly following up since last and half month they are didn't picking up the calls and not responsive on mail.

Unable to withdraw my provident fund

Previous pf balance not transferred
I joined airtel as fiber executive at 26/12/2020 and leave my job on 31/01/2021. After some time I opened my EPF account and the date of joining was mentioned in my account is 08/02/2021 and also my EPF balance is transferred to my latest V5 EPF account.

My full and final payment is still pending after 2 months of leaving company.

But the bank details which showing in online portal was rejected because my bank account was closed due to some reason and it was never started again. And because of that my pf withdrawal money returned to pf department. And that declined money never showed in my pf account passbook. Because of this mail it to the v5 global and they sent...
