The technician took our tv on 18th of nov n assured us 24 hour service.. Later evry day he lied us telling the tv is under testing and he will deliver it by today... He used to do the same evry dy n finally v forced him to give us back the tv so he retuned it on 30th nov... Iam afraid tht these people r fraud coz evn d office land line is dead.. No proper response from ths company.. If in case any extra damage is done to the tv v will be lodging a complaint in police station with the receipt provided by the technician... They brought the TV and it was working, and the moment i transferred the money its again broken and they have taken it with them again.
Not sure what course of action i should take.
I think we should ask atleast housejoy and other places to remove them.
