V5 Tech Solutions — TV not repaired but charged 15000 rupees | |||||
Tv : samsung smart led tv. Sl no: 0as03mk17000711t Model : uahdhu7000k Date of repair : 20/3/2016 Bill number : 629 Order placed through : housejoy.com Problem : tv used to restart very often. The diagnosis from the v5 tech solutions said it is because of faulty motherboard and needs to be repaired. We trusted them and handed over the tv for repair. They returned the tv after three days and claimed that the motherboard has been replaced and the problem is solved. However, i demanded them to give me my old motherboard as they dint seem convincing. They then promised to bring the old motherboard in one week. After repeated reminders also, they did not live up to the promise. My tv is now dead and these people are not lifting my calls. We have one year repair warranty. They had charged us 15000 and now they are not responding. They are giving us a hard time as the repair charge was too high and now we are helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had also faced the same with my microwave by V5 Solutions. I had submitted a complaint on this forum and also went to police station after having a discussion with my advocate friend. Police Inspector had called the company's manager and resolved my issue. Got my refund. Will avoid looking online for electronic equipment services.
