I would like to file a consumer complaint against VA Immigration Pvt. Ltd. and their CRM representative Mr. Rahul for engaging in fraudulent immigration practices and misleading me with false promises of overseas employment and visa processing.
I approached VA Immigration Pvt. Ltd. for visa and job assistance abroad. During the initial communication, their CRM Mr. Rahul assured me that the company would arrange a genuine job opportunity and complete visa processing. Based on these assurances, I agreed to proceed with their services and paid an amount of ₹40, 000 as service charges.
After receiving the payment, the company conducted what they claimed to be an official job interview and later provided me with an offer letter, stating that it was from a foreign employer. However, I later discovered that the interview was fake and the offer letter provided was not genuine. It became clear that these documents and the interview process were fabricated to mislead me and extract money.
Furthermore, after taking the payment, I have been making continuous and repeated calls to the company and to Mr. Rahul, but there has been no proper response or assistance from their side. My calls and messages have largely been ignored, which clearly indicates negligence and dishonest intention.
Due to these actions, I have suffered financial loss of ₹40, 000, mental harassment, and significant inconvenience. The conduct of the company amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
It is also important to highlight that such fraudulent practices can mislead many other innocent people who are seeking genuine immigration services. Therefore, strict action is necessary so that no other consumer places trust in such misleading services and becomes a victim of similar fraud in the future.
