VA Immigration Private Limited — Disheartening experience with fraud & scam va immigration private limited

I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with VA Immigration Private Limited, a company that has left me disillusioned and financially burdened.

The Initial Promise

In early 2025, I was approached by VA Immigration with an enticing offer: a streamlined process to secure a work permit for a reputed company abroad. The assurance was clear: a guaranteed job placement upon payment of a substantial fee. Eager for an opportunity to advance my career, I entrusted them with ₹40, 000, believing their professional demeanor and promises.

The Deterioration

After the initial payment, communication became sporadic. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were redirected to voicemail. The once-promised updates about the job placement and work permit processing became increasingly vague. Despite my repeated inquiries, I was met with delays and excuses, none of which provided clarity or assurance.

The Realization

Months passed without any tangible progress. It became evident that the promises made were mere fabrications. The job placement never materialized, and the work permit was never processed. My attempts to contact the company were futile, and I was left without recourse.

Conclusion

My experience with VA Immigration Private Limited has been nothing short of a financial and emotional setback. What began as a hopeful venture into international employment turned into a cautionary tale of misplaced trust and lost resources. I urge prospective clients to exercise due diligence and skepticism when considering services from this company.

I also want to state my worst experience with Vinita Albert of VA Immigration Private Limited who is calling from a bogus name and have a handful of chor team making people fool in the name of International job placement—this company engages in a deceptive scheme involving fake testimonials, staged interviews, bogus offer letters, and fraudulent visa copies. They are misguiding the candidates through scripted mock interviews, followed by the issuance of polished yet counterfeit job offer letters. Subsequently, they are pressured to pay substantial fees for visa processing and documentation, only to receive fake interviews taken by their on team members, forged visa documents and experience complete communication breakdowns and they keep on going to medical leave whenever I call once the money is collected. Multiple complaints highlight that VA Immigration's testimonials lack verifiable details such as full names, specific courses, or universities attended, raising doubts about their authenticity. They don't provide the LinkedIn ids or any clear information on who is taking the interview from where and always the result of the interview is negative which raises the question despite all efforts. Additionally, the company's incorporation in November 2024 with minimal capital further questions its credibility. Despite being a newly established entity, they mislead candidates by claiming to have seven years of existence in the market. This pattern mirrors a well-documented scam model: fabricate confidence through fake interviews, issue counterfeit documents, collect fees, and then disappear. If you're evaluating their services, never transfer any funds before confirming your offer directly with the employer or obtaining official visa application documentation. Protect yourself—demand transparency and verify every step before making any financial commitments. they have a fraud team who just makes easy money through fooling innocent job seekers and wasting their time and money.
