Vadodara Gas Limited — I'm complaining about not get gas connection from last two years

I'm Mr. Sachin vinubhai Raval. I applied for gas connection at my home on 17 December 2020. The gas line was not installed in 2022 too. I had complain about it in vadodara gas limited at Dandibazar they are not giving me satisfied answer for this.
I had paid money for the connection from last two years. I hadn't get connection at my home. It is very difficult to manage without gas connection. I had spend lot of time for the complain I had go to office more than 5-6 times all time they are telling me this month surely you get connection at your home.
I'm requesting to do something for this.
If I had deposit this money in bank they give interest amount on this.
If you can't give gas connection then return my all the money that I had paid for this. Please take needful steps against this.
