I am VMC gas pipeline customer having Customer No.2801574 (Domestic). My regular bimonthly Average bill is around Rs.500-800. This time Sept-Oct bill I received of Rs.9471 (Unit-160). We are only 2-Person in home & staying at home 3-4 days in week due to job at Ankleshwar (Also customer Gujarat Gas at Ankleshwar). I have launch complain at Dandia Bazar Gas office & as per their instruction I have paid Rs.590 for Meter Checking. On 5/12/2023...

I'm Mr. Sachin vinubhai Raval. I applied for gas connection at my home on 17 December 2020. The gas line was not installed in 2022 too. I had complain about it in vadodara gas limited at Dandibazar they are not giving me satisfied answer for this.
I had paid money for the connection from last two years. I hadn't get connection at my home. It is very difficult to manage without gas connection. I had spend lot of time for the complain...

150 days are come to complete, but still no one visited at site to provide gas line. we have deposit cash to vgl whats about that. is vgl earning revenue from that? gas line near my home live multi users are using gas from that line. just need to fit an accessoreis and connect that line with the main once.
same is informed to Mr patelia on his mobile number, @ vgl Office @ nandanvan gas station but no one take this matter seriously...

I had received bill of Rs 1622/- for my consumer no 3581903 dated 21.11.23 and I paid it on 02.03.23 (Before due date 05.12.23). But Today 03.12.23 VGL person raised another bill of penalty + minimum charges= Rs. 655/-.
How can VGL raise 2 bills in gap of just 12 days and that is even after timely payment?

Since the day Gas Connection got installed, I am not using it. Not sure from where the bills are generated. Currently the due payment is shown above 1000 rupees.
The meter number is V[protected].
I guess there is some misunderstanding and the meter is giving a wrong reading.

I Like to draw your attention to the pending action from 24th, November 2021 for the Supply of piped natural gas connection at Oasis Avenue co.op Housing Society ltd. We applied for Piped Natural Gas Connection on date of 24th, November 2021, and that time you will be promised the estimated time for installation of the Pipeline about six months. Now it's almost 1 year and 4 months completed but to date, no action has been taken. We had submitted 2 hard copies of reminders for the same but no response.

You had taken up around Rs.3, 00, 00/-( Three lacs) as the security deposit, this amount is still retained on your account for the last 1 year and 4 months and to date, we didn't get any response from your side.

All authorized persons are not responding to our telephonic and mailing correspondence. This kind of negligence is not legally acceptable as we already provide Applicable fees and required documents.

Kindly look into the matter and give us the status of our application Possitivelly as early as possible.

This company started billing even the consumption is zero.

I have applied (Application No 377975) for new PNG connection for my home on 31-January-2022. Address of my residence is 47, Ushanagar Co housing Society, B/h Iskon Temple, Gotri, Vadodara - 390021.

Post my application I have done multiple calls to Vadodara Gas Limited to know status of my application but they are not updating me for my application. My registered complain number is D26070079.

Please help to get my PNG connection activated as soon as possible.

The company is issuing two fictitious bills every time along with one genuine bill.Their vigilance team has several times carried out inspection and never found any illegal connection, but the fictitious bills keep coming regularly.

The company is not resolving the problem permanently and as a result we face this harassment every few months.

The matter has been brought to the notice of their VP also through e-mail last Friday.

My self Sushil Nimbalkar from Vadodara, we registered a new pipeline gas connection from Vadodara Gas Limited in 2020. Due to having some modification in our kitchen we hold for gas pipeline installation. but, now I am trying since last 4 month to access to the service provider name Shubham (M [protected]) of our region but still he is not attending call and I even reached at their office at waghodia road regional center so many time he is not available there. Kindly, resolve our problem. so can we get a gas connection.

I had deposited money for new gas connection vide receipt no 08969 Dated 05/01/2021 inspite of constant follow up at Nandanvan, Dandia bazar office no one has come for piping till the date, now it is almost one year nothing has been done even contacting personally so many times

My application no. is 086018 and receipt no. is 060585. I am still waiting for the activation of the Gas pipe line at my house and the workers keep promising to come in 2 days but they never do. I tried to call and visit the office at Dandia Bazaar but the employees are very rude and never answer to the concerned query.
Request you to please consider this matter very serious and finish off the pending work ASAP as it has been over a year now

It's vey bad service from gas agency.

My house is under construction so I have give application to disconnect my gas line but after 6 months that is (16/09/2021) I have again given application for re join but no one I come and not pick phone

I had applied for gas connection and paid requisite amount in the year 2018 then after gas connections are provided to all neighbours in my Shivanjali Society. But till date I am not provided with the connection. On inquiry a name of Mr. Pateliya was given as head engineer of this department. I contacted him frequently on phone and as informed by him I sent copies of receipts to him on his Whataaps but till date there is no progress or response. Such poor service is tarnishing the image of Vadodara Gas Limited.

PENDING NEW CONNECTION
I am resident of Novino Tarsali road. Last Year DEc. 2020, amount of Rs 5080 vide receipt no.088625, application no 0817020 for new PNG connection was paid. Connection of PNG has been provided to so many neighbor in my society, but I am still awaiting for new connection.
I am following with Vadodara Gas Limited official, complaint booking counter, but each time the response is dull and incomplete. You are requested to look in to matter.

We are residing navnath nagar society, gotri road, vadodara (Gujarat). Vadodara gas limited has started installation of gas pipeline before 1.5 months in our society. From last 45 days no workers are coming. They have not done proper work of installation of meter connection. Meter fitted in touch of regulator. The gas connection is also not started till date. I have called 3 times to their incharge of technical team named mr. Patelia (Name given by their department), they have not done anything to solve this problem.
