Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan — Request for removing Illegal Toilet Construction on 72/A KASTURINAGAR SOC MANJALPUR VADODARA

I would like to make an application in relation to the house owned by us at 71-A, kasturinagar soc b/h shreyash school manjalpur, vadodara, within the Vadodara Corporation limits.
In Block no 72/a kasturingar soc Owner (Mrs. Anilaben sheth) who have construction on margin space & also constricted toilet on margin space its on very near to my kitchen window & its very bed smell on her toilet. So please do early action for it. I many times complain in vadodara municipal corporation in town planning department but no any action doing on themselves . I complain date on[protected], 30-05-15, 14-09-15, 23-11-15,[protected] but no work doing on vadodara municipal corporation town planning staff. Also block no 72/a owner have no any permission is taken on vadodara municipal corpation & doing ground floor + first floor construction on full margin space. This application is in context of Illegal Construction by the owner of “72-A”.
They have done illegal construction on margin space.
We already requested the owner of “A-72, in relation to this topic, but they are not listening to it and clearly refused to take any action to remove Illegal Toilet & construction on margin space.
So, it is our sincere request to please look into the matter and remove the Illegal construction
Also a written hard copy request was made earlier on VMSS (Building Permission Department[protected], 30-05-15, 14-09-15, 23-11-15,[protected], but till date no action has been taken.
Please do the needful and take appropriate action. Immediate action would be much appreciated.
