Booked ticket from tirupur to pondy via www.vaigaitravels.com...n cancelled the ticket... Still dint receive any refund... There is no proper number to contact their customer care... Called the number mentioned in the ticket but they gave another number to call on refund issues... But the given number is not in use... Also found a number from their site regarding payment queries but nobody is picking it...
