Booked ticket from tirupur to pondy via www.vaigaitravels.com...n cancelled the ticket... Still dint receive any refund... There is no proper number to contact their customer care... Called the number mentioned in the ticket but they gave another number to call on refund issues... But the given number is not in use... Also found a number from their site regarding payment queries but nobody is picking it......

Wrongly informing boarding point which causes lot of problems to my problem.
In ticket they mentioned wrong boarding point and after reaching there they inform another place. After reaching that place they stopped bus in different place and asked me to come there that too in wrong route they asked me and my family to cross the road with logages it is really difficult.

I booked tickets in vaigai travel and i cancelled ticket on 24/09/2017 due to personal work. I contact the person so many time on 03/10/2017 at first i call, they said amount is refunded problem unknown we will get back to you soon but they haven't got back. Then on next no response they haven't picking up my call and i call from another phone they pick up, but hearing my voice they just cut it off its a worse response i got from private...
