Vaishali — ticket confirmation no sms received but payment successful

I have booked 2 tickets for today's 3.45 pm show of movie judwaa 2... At lulu mall, kochi at pvr gold.

However no sms received so far.

I have my ticket i. D no. And also an email booking confirmation but no seat number mentioned.

Also an sms from my bank confirming payment passed on to pvr.

I am confused on this kind of a confirmation. Please help. Thank you.
