WELCOME TO VAISHALI (GHAZIABAD) - ONE OF THE TOP 10 DYNAMIC CITIES IN THE WORLD.

I AM FULLY CONVINCED THAT THIS LIST OF TOP 10 DYNAMIC CITIES IN THE WORLD IS A FAKE LIST DUE TO FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. ROADS
IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME THEN COME AND SEE ULTIMATE BAD CONDITIONS IN VAISHLAI. YOU CAN NOT FIND ROADS IN WHOLE VAISHALI (GHAZIABAD - U.P.)

2. POWER (ELECTRICITY): 6-8 HOURS OFFICIAL POWER CUT. WHY CAN'N THE GOVERNMENT SET UP A NEW POWER PLANT IN UP. (UP IS RESOURCE FULL STATE)???

3. LAW & ORDER: NEEDLESS TO SAY ABOUT IT.


I AM COMPLETELY FAILED TO UNDERSTAND AFTER PAYING HEFTY TAXES, WE ARE FORCED TO LIVE WITH SUCH BAD
INFRASTRUCTURE.

ROADS SUCKS AND THE RATE OF PROPERTY IS NOT WORTH IT.

THE ROADS CONDITIONS ARE REALLY PATHETIC. WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT.

This sis in regards top Roads condition in Vaishali Ghaziabad, roads condition are pathetic, would request the concern Authorities to work on it

I too agree with them all. Roads are really in bad shape and there is so much dust in the area just bc of those pathetic roads.

I am just wondering if someone (from GDA authority) is looking at our post here. I am sure those ppl never have to cross those roads that why they are so careless.

Roads are full of potholes which are really very really deep. If someone has any details abt the concern authority or anything significant in this regard. PLEASE POST IT HERE.

We have paid a huge amout to buy flats/home to get following Benefits.

1.Public Transport - Over loaded Shared auto so that you can keep you warm in winter) - horrible in summer.
2. STINKS From two different sides viz. A) Ghazipur sanitory fill land B) Shahibabad Industrial area.
3.Beautifully crafted road with lots of Big /dangerous potholes. -Maintenance cost of vehicle increases by 60% extra.
4.Unplanned builder flats with seepage and other maintenance issue with a (over)price tag of 30 lac /40 lac for just 1200sq. feet.

Authorities are well aware of our condition but why they are treating us in this manner is beyond our knowledge.

Yes Vashali is now turned to be poorest roads in NCR. I have seen lots of accidents happening due to this . Nagar Nigam is Narak Nigam .

I am fully agree with you about worst roads condition in vaishali.I don't know why Vaishali is neglected, Arears like indrapuram, Vasundhra, EDM malls has very gud roads, Only vaishali is neglected.

I don't know the reason but I think is politically motivated.

3. Get Grievance ID (for tracking purpose)
4. if your complaint is genuine then positive result will come within 30-40 days

The option is Right to Information Act. Unfortunately I don’t have much idea about this but its also cast-iron solution

it's rally phatetic condition in vaishali due to poor road condition.

As best of my knowledge lot of highly official, IAS, IPS and politician are also reside in vaishali, they must do use their powersand influence to improve road condtion and electricity matter with UP goverment.

our beloved leader Mr Rajnath singh ( mp ghb) .Mr. singh plz. do something for resident
in vaishali .

Roads conditions — Poor Road Conditions in Vaishali Sector 6

Sir/ Madam
Kindly note that 15 days back the road at the intersection of Vaishali sector 6 & 9 approached through vasundhara sector 19 was digged for some water pipes. After the work of pipes got over, no one took care to make them in the conditions as they were earlier.
Now there is a lot of dust spreaded around causing serious health problems, traffic mismangement, accidents, and worst living conditions. Already the roads were in very poor conditions, and whatever roads left; it has been damaged to a large extent.
Kindly note that in rest of adjoining areas like vasundhara, kaushmbi; all the roads are constructed. Only Vaishali is left alone. The fact is that we are also paying taxes and all that what others are paying.
We request the authorities to take care of vaishali and do not treat it as step-child.

Kindly arrange to rectify the sewrage & Ganga water problem in front of Plot No. 3F-1000 to 1008., the sewrage pipe are chocked and water pipe lines are leaked

Dear sir,

We are living herein vaishali from last many years & have seen the roads in the same condition as it is now. these are totally damaged roads. Even the streets have deep holes. We want to ask that where is goverment ????? they must have to look after these too, because all the areas near vaishali like Indirapuram, Kaushambi & Vasundra all are good in roads condition.But vaishali has very bad condition. Please have ur eye on these too otherwise people 'll have to start leave this placeor this area will be declared poor or 3rd class area in ncr

For a long periode of time the road condition of vaishali spcially Sector 9 & Sector -6 road is extermly in bad condition becuase of this lots of maintenance has been done in our byike car etc . I request to concerned authority to look into the matter at the earliest .
