Vakadu — not credited insurance amount

3 months back iam raised insurance claim request in big c mobiles... But still iam not credited my... My mobile damaged on 4th oct 2018... After so many struggles he accepted to repair my mobile on 23rd nov 2019... Then repair mobile and complete formalities related insurance claim... After that they not send amount to my account... So many times i called insurance company and bigc mobiles... But they not responding properly... Every day they asking my claim id... Iam sended waited for money but not credited... Again iam called two days after.. They started work freshly... Again asking claim id... Today bigc person said already money credited in your account... But still amount not credited... Iam affraied for that answer... Please solve this issue... At the time of mobile purchase they forced to take insurance... Not not responding..
