Valorah (karma Resorts And Hospitality) — I am complaining about the fraud

This company while selling their membership showed and promised us totally different category of stay nad luxury and while redeeming they do not answer properly and no one is the responsible authority to whom we can contact for help. They are not even lending our money back which is very huge amount. Kindly help as many like me are suffering mentally and financially due to this company's fraud.
Hoping for some action to be taken against them
