We have taken membership in 2021 . membership no. Is 12987.
We want money refund.

I have taken membership on 7.9.2021 from the company and paid Rs. 50, 000/- by Cheque and Rs. 10, 000/- by Cash. I tried to contact in the company for booking of resort / hotel for enjoyment of my holidays but I could not get any reply. Afterwards I tried many times on phone or by E-mail but there was no reply. Afterwards I got the information that this is a fraud company and cheated many persons. Now I am neither able to get services from them nor refund of the amount..
I seek your help to get money refund. I shall be highly thankful to you.

We have 3 membership, for each member total 15 days packages

we use 5 days in 2021 november in Goa tour.

but after long time approximate last 2 months we try to contact company,

but no reply from company any,

always website also not work (out of service) continue this messages last 2 to 3 months.

As many more complaints, as above same complaint. We are also member on this company last 3 yrs. Bt not a single trip arrange by them, this company fraud & cheating many more members. Not any contact them on call or emails. Always refuse voucher from valorah resort and hospitality.

I purchased it's membership in 2020 but they have not even provided me a single day booking. I had requested for booking in writing as per their norms. This company is totally fraud company. Earlier its name was Karma Resorts and Hospitality LLP after many legal complaints against this company, they had changed their name to VALORAH. Only the name has changed, nothing else. They are still picking people's pockets.

We have taken 3 yrs of membership from Valorah (Earlier known as Karma Resorts and Hospitality) and paid 45000 rs. My membership is valid up to Yr 2023.
We raised trip for 2 days on March for April 2023 their website but they still did not provided booking confirmation. We send several Email on their email address but no response from Valorah. Please do needful to give us our money reimbursement as they are unable to provide service.

i have requested an accomodation at kodaikanal from 7th april 23 to 9th april 23. but no response. i have made complaints through email but no reply. hwen i contacted through the no..they speak only hindi which icant understand.
very bad attidude by the valorah people

I purchased the membership for 21 nights and paid 50000/- amount but they are not doing booking for requested date..

I demand booking for Dubai voucher trip but you are unable to accommodate and trip of my demand date.I have given enough 60to 70 days for booking.
So many members complain against you.
If you are not able given booking please cancel my membership and refund my money.
I have demand cancel membership in-house when it register.

We have paid 1.40 lacs for a 10 year holiday package which is valid till Yr 2030. Our membership no is 12480.
We tried to book trip for week and found their website not allowing us more than 3 days. Also their website not allowing two trips booking. We raised single trip with 2N3D on 3rd Feb-2023 but till today they did not confirm booking. We tried to reach them through Phone no but found customer care no not working. We send several Emails but they are not responding.
now suddenly they have all vanised they have closed their baroda office and the girl at the counter ruchita is not taking phones. none of their sales people mrudang, aditya take phone calls.
we want a simple thing ..Holidays for the money paid . they are proving to be cheaters/frauds.
We want my money back. Please do needful.

We tried to book 7 days holiday on their website but it is allowing only single trip with maximum 3 days. Also given customer care phone no is not working. We raised trip for 2 days on 3rd Feb-2023 in their website but they still did not provided booking confirmation. We send several Email on their email address but no response from Valorah. very worst, never seen before lik this kind of fraudulent, now changed the frim name as “VALORAH” don’t attend any kind of calls and meeting worst cases...

Sir this company is very chetar. India me alag alag jagah hotel me logo ko diner ke liye invite kiya bad me saste me. 50000 me 18 night offer ki. Or bahut juthe juthe wade kiye. Ek bhi chiz me se sache nahi they. Juthe or makkar logo ko jail me dalo or janta ka paisa sut samet vapis dilavo.. Sir please in pe legal action lo.. Kai logo ko to ye log. 200000 rupees le ke bhi booking nahi dete.. Modiji tak ye logo ki complent jani chaihe

I had paid 3k for a booking neither I was given a booking nor my money was refunded after 6 months and after writing mails still no respond has been received

This company sold holiday package to me saying I will get 6 nights holiday every year for free for 10 years. I was asked to pay 9333 rs every month until I make total of 1 5 lakhs. I paid EMI for 6 months and late when I tried to reach our to a person to book my holiday I got to know it's a fraud company. They are not giving any holiday to anyone and cheating many customers. Please me how to get my money returned since I am not able to speak to anyone. None of their numbers works now from where I received multiple calls for payment

I availed membership from Valorah (karma Resorts And Hospitality), they do not provide any hotels to stay when I request no response to my email . customer care poor response they always say we will reply back to your email today .

As discussed with their representative he noted out if your membership not active then we refund your fees within 24 hour .
But after that they had neither active my membership nor refund my amount yet.
I have all the recording and chat releted that.

I'm complaining for not providing a proper service as promised by the Valorah. I had taken a membership on 01/06/2021. Tried raising a trip 3 to 4 times . They're least bother to respond to our mail .I'm desperate by the poor service. Ordered them to refund our money back i[censored] r not ready to full fill the service.

Karma Resorts now called as Valorah has cheated me. This is pathetic to approach you as we are helpless to get justice and solution in other ways.

They are fraud company who is not responding to phone calls nor mails, Whenever we ask for holiday they say resort not available.

And we are not able to receive services from them neither refund.

and given booking... before 7 to 15 day...
but in present... thay ask .. 90 day befor... how posible. .

I took membership with 1.2L for 5 years tenure. They asked to pay atleast half amount to start utilizing the holidays. Not they are telling we will provide only if we pay full amount. Upon rising voice they are acting rude and telling if you want to use pay or else we will not proceed.

They said clear NO on membership cancellation and do whatever you want. Please help us in refund. They are fraud people. I am sure that if i pay full amount also they will not give any service.

They are fraud ...they charged me 267000 for 10 years mambership ... I already paid 157570 /- they told every year u got 6day 7 night package for domestic & international but they couldn't fullfill thair service... We need refund ...pls

Took a membership of 5 yrs. My Membership no is 16031 ( Kalaiselvi ). We are not able to book any holidays. Their contact no. is also invalid. No proper reply on emails. Its a fraud company. We have lost Rs.130000/- I am not getting any booking confirmation since 17/08/2022 till date. I asked for cancellation. But they didnt even bother to properly respond.

Even I have paid 3L plse lets unit together and lets fight for it, being big fraud here actually they pinged us telling that they’ll refund the amount from past 1 month and they dint proceed yet being so disappointed, plse help us through this it’s difficult to middle class peoples like us
