Valorah (karma Resorts And Hospitality) — No hotel booking, payment already made

We have got Membership with karma resorts in 2020. We are trying for booking since 1 year. They have mailed for one booking but hotel staff is saying there's no booking. It is a fraud company. We have lost our money
